The Polecats are a pole vault club that train together from the DFW area. We train and compete year round. We attend indoor meets in the fall and winter, and outdoor meets in the summer.  We work hard to improve our vault technique.  Vault safety is our first priority.  We chase new heights and have fun doing it! 

I am a graduate of Keller High School (1979) and Tarleton State University. I am a retired physical education teacher of 30 years which included three years at Bear Creek Intermediate School, one year at Keller Central High School and 26 years at Keller Middle School. I retired from Keller I.S.D. in June, 2015.   I have over 45 total years of experience in pole vaulting. I spent 11 years competing at the junior high, high school, and college levels and have spent over 35 years coaching vaulters of all levels (19 years as a Keller I.S.D. vault coach.)  Hope to see you at a meet!
